In 2012 I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with a concentration in Multi-Cultural Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. I am very passionate about culture and travel, which is why following my graduation I boarded an airplane and moved to Thailand. In Thailand I had the opportunity to travel Asia and teach Kindergarten at an international school. I have had the chance to teach and work with multiple grades in District 6, District 12, as well as in Denver Public Schools. I have taught at Eagleview for the past 6 years and couldn be prouder to work in such a loving, supportive and passionate environment.
Outside of the classroom I enjoy being active and spending time with family and friends. I spend the majority of my time running outdoors, practicing yoga, and staying active with kickboxing. Art is an important aspect in my life, and I frequently paint and enjoy creating multi-media pieces. Since I consider myself a traveler I dedicate time to reading about the world we live in and planning my next big adventure!
