Hi Eagleview Families,
It’s hard to believe it is already November! November serves as a month of gratitude, and for that, I wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am to serve the Eagleview community. The students and families are the best in the district, and I couldn’t be more proud to serve as your partner.
I wanted to thank all of our families for attending the various events we held in October including Parent/ Teacher conferences, Family Code Night, and most recently the Trunk or Treat. We value providing a wide array of experiences for our children.
As we recently reached the 50th day of instruction, this is a reminder about the importance of regular attendance and arriving on time.
Recognizing the cold season coming, there may be times when your student needs to out. In the event your student is out, please ensure you call in your child’s absence to the school attendance line and when possible, turn in a doctor’s note. Our goal is by year’s end, students will only miss between 1-‐7 total days of school. In addition to daily attendance, we want to also mention the need for students to arrive on time. The morning routine is important for students, and by arriving late, it often sets students up for being one step behind. We thank you for your efforts with this, as we know when students are not at school, they are not learning.
Coming up this weekend, don’t forget to set your clocks one hour back for Daylight Savings Time! The daylight hours are getting shorter indeed!
As always, my goal is to keep you well informed with the daily happenings of Eagleview! Thanks so much for your continuous support. If you have any comments, questions, feedback or compliments, don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me an email at email@example.com.
