Hi Eagleview Families,
October was a busy month at Eagleview! I wanted to thank all of our families for attending the various events we held in October including Parent/ Teacher conferences, Trunk or Treat, and most recently our Enchanted Forest Book Fair. As we look ahead, our Eagleview Parent Teacher Partnership (EPTP) is in the midst of planning our annual EVE Craft Fair and seeking your support for our EVE Community Angel Tree to support families during the holiday season.
As we recently reached the 50th day of instruction, this is a reminder about the importance of regular attendance and arriving on time. Recognizing the cold season Is on its way, there may be times when your student needs to out. Parents and /or guardians may excuse upto five (5) absences without documentation. Beyond five, the family will be expected to provide specific documentation regarding the absence (i.e. doctor’s note, court documents, etc.) in order for it to be recorded as excused. We thank you for your efforts with this, as we know when students are not at school, they are not learning.
The daylight hours are getting shorter indeed! Coming up this weekend, don’t forget to set your clocks one hour back for Daylight Savings Time! November serves as a month of gratitude, and for that, I wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am to serve the Eagleview community. The students and families are the best in the district, and I couldn’t be more proud to serve as your partner.
As always, my goal is to keep you well informed with the daily happenings of Eagleview! Thanks so much for your continuous support. If you have any comments, questions, feedback or compliments, don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me an email at email@example.com
