EVE Update - May 2021
Dear Eagleview Families,
Here we are -- it’s MAY! Wow, it’s really hard to believe that we have entered our final month of the 2020-2021 school year. There is no doubt that this has been an incredibly difficult year on so many levels. Not only have we navigated a global pandemic, there have been the challenges of pivoting back and forth between learning models, class and individual quarantines, in addition to other unforeseen circumstances across the system. With all that being said, we have risen above the challenges and I am proud of our school efforts.
Slowly, but surely, there seems to be more semblance of normalcy with restrictions being reduced, and most recently with the Covid vaccinations. We will continue to keep you up to date related to what to expect for the 2021-2022 school year.
Over the next few weeks, we look forward to assessing students to see how much they have grown, celebrating successes, setting goals, and finishing strong!
As we look ahead, please take the time over the course of the next few weeks to gather items that may be from school and need to be returned. We recognize students have had to juggle lots of items back and forth, and therefore we ask for your help to return items such as books, math manipulatives, slates, etc. All district-owned chromebooks must also be returned the last week of school, including accompanying chargers.
Thanks so much for your continuous support. If you have any comments, questions, feedback or compliments, don’t hesitate to give me a call or send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
